Return Policy

1. Your Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights (implemented in the Netherlands via the Dutch Civil Code, Article 6:230o et seq.), you have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase contract within 14 calendar days from the day you (or a third party you designate, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods, without giving any reason and without incurring any cost other than the direct cost of returning the goods.

2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal before the 14-day deadline expires, you must clearly inform us of your decision. You may do this by:

• Sending an email to help-desk-@vloxarinyshun.world with the subject line "Return Request" and including your name, order details and reason for return (optional).
• Calling us on +31264433945 during business hours.
• Sending a written notice to: Vloxarinyshun, Weverstraat 16A, 6811 EL Arnhem, Netherlands.

We will acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal notice by email without delay.

3. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return and refund, the goods must be:

• Returned within 14 calendar days of notifying us of your withdrawal.
• In their original, unopened and undamaged packaging, with the tamper-evident seal intact.
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).

For hygiene and consumer protection reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used food supplement products unless they are proven to be defective or not as described.

4. Return Shipping

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. We recommend using a tracked postal or courier service, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit during the return. We will provide a return address upon confirmation of your withdrawal request.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will notify you by email. If the return meets the conditions above, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price (including the original standard delivery charge paid, if applicable) within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned goods, or of receiving evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction unless we have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

6. Defective or Incorrectly Supplied Goods

If you receive goods that are defective, damaged or not as described, please contact us within a reasonable time of discovery. In such cases, we will arrange collection at our cost and offer a full refund, replacement or repair in accordance with your statutory rights under Dutch consumer law and EU Directive 2019/771 on the sale of goods.
